I am currently working on some new prints and cards. The series is going to be called Party Animals. I'm hoping they'll make good birthday/party/happy cards and they will be extremely popular. I'll be posting them soon!

Here i am in Dujour magazine! I must say, it looks pretty nifty! You can buy digital copies/subscriptions online for $10. You can also buy an actual magazine, but i don't know how much it is. You can take a look at their website here.

peeks!
Since it was so nice out today, i decided to take some pictures of my chubbikins outside. Maybe the natural lighting will won't make them look contrasty and crazy like my indoor photos look sometimes. They came out kinda cute, so now i'll have to take pictures of all of them outside. So expect to see more photos of chubbikins interacting with nature.

My squirrels have been featured in a blog! Check it out here. There's lots of fun stuff to see on this blog - including a recipe for whipped cream!
Well, i'm heading off to MA today! As usual when i travel, i woke up feeling sick and got up early. I think once i'm actually on the train with my ticket in hand i'll feel fine. I walked into the bedroom to find Russell sitting in my suitcase. I think he wants to come too! Probably not a good idea, but i wish he could. He gets sad when he sees suitcases because he knows we're leaving. My poor little guy. Be back monday!

halloween night
Here are some pictures of my entry for the Cloth, Paper, Scissors magazine reader challenge. It took forever! I never really cut paper like this before, so not bad for my first effort. I painted two pieces of canvas board black and covered them in my monster-y cut outs. Then i covered them in this funky polka dotted mesh. The inside is an 8x20 inch piece of black paper.
Here's the front cover. The skeleton and "halloween night" are glued on top of the mesh so they stand out.
Here's the inside.
The back cover. If any of you have seen the Faerie Tale Theatre of Aladdin directed by Tim Burton, you can probably see how i was inspired by the lamp chamber wall.
Close up of the back cover. That guy hanging down from the top is a sasquatch. Had to put a sasquatch in there.
Inside detail.
