salmon falls open studios

Well, it's been a while since my last post. Here are some pictures from the open studios i did with my mom last weekend. It went pretty well - and i learned how to use my credit card machine thingy! So that's good. I didn't sell too much, but at least i made back my entry fee for the bazaar. Yaay!

This week i will be limiting my time spent online and (hopefully) will be buckling down and getting everything ready for sunday. There sure is a lot to do. I'm afraid some things i ordered won't make it in time, and then my stocks will be low. I'm sure they'll be low anyway...i am starting to panic. Anyway, i hope everyone had a nice thanksgiving and maybe i'll update this week sometime to tell of my immense progress.

This weekend if you're in the area (and even if you're not), you should come visit me at the Fall Open Studios at the Salmon Falls Mills. My mom has an awesome studio there, along with 75 other artists. Lots of fun things to see! It's open this saturday and sunday from 10-5. It's located at 1 Front St. in Rollinsford, NH. You should definitely look at Leah's blog - it's really fun AND on the front page she is featuring a Tauntaun sleeping bag! I'm dying. This almost makes me want to go camping just so i could use it.

So i've been sewing like a crazy person lately. My hands/wrists/arms are killing me! I can't wait until these craft fairs are over and i don't have to sew for a while. I keep putting off listing my christmas chubbikins. But they will be up in my shop soon! Probably tomorrow. Here is a preview!
